Shawna Stassen

Shawna Stassen received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law and became an associate with Manassa, Neugebauer, Calzaretta & Stassen, P.C. in 2012.  Before obtaining her law degree, Ms. Stassen received her Bachelor of Science as a magna cum laude graduate from Ferris State University in Michigan.  Ms. Stassen's prior Psychology studies have contributed to her ongoing interest in every aspect of family law.

Prior to joining Manassa, Neugebauer, Calzaretta & Stassen, P.C., Ms. Stassen practiced at a family law firm in Chicago.  She also concentrated her efforts in Family Law throughout law school; she clerked at a divorce firm as well as participated as a 7-11 Attorney in DePaul's Family Law Clinic. 

Shawna focuses her practice on divorce, custody, parentage, and post-decree matters.  She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Chicago Council of Lawyers.
